Among the most striking signs outstanding aging face are the deep folds which run from the corners of the nose to the corners of the mouth. They are called nasolabial folds. Most often they begin to appear ,ranging in age from 30 to 40 years, although genetics and lifestyle can lead to the formation sooner or later.
What causes nasolabial folds?
Like all facial wrinkles, nasolabial folds, primarily the result of sun exposure, age, lifestyle and hereditary factors. When we get older, our skin loses collagen (the collagen loss can be accelerated for too long a time spent in the sun), which leads to loss of skin its elasticity and gravitational displacement of the fat packet face down. As the skin sags when fat in your cheeks drop, this displacement forms the nasolabial folds. These pleats not only make you older than your your age, but were exhausted and tired.
If you are overweight or obese, you may not notice the pleats until you’ve lost a few pounds and returned to normal weight. When you lose weight, your face loses fat as well as the rest of the body. At this point, your nasolabial folds «suddenly» appear and become noticeable.
What procedures can you use?

They are injected directly into the folds in small amounts (and with ultra-fine needle). Often injection complement procedure or laser correction, stimulating the body to produce its own natural collagen in the treatment area.
